RELATIEBEHEER
Van oudsher is Customer Relationship Managmenet (CRM) een van de meest elementaire toepassingen in Pluriform. De ingevoerde organisaties en personen zijn de basis voor andere processen (onder andere financiële administratie). Binnen het onderdeel Relatiebeheer legt u niet alleen de "stamgegevens" van organisaties en personen vast, maar ook de afspraken en contacten die u heeft met uw relaties. Deze contacten worden verzameld in dossiers.
FINANCIEEL
In de financiele administratie komen de financiele gevolgen van de andere processen samen. Deze administratie is daarom ook nauw verweven met de andere modules. Met name de logistieke (handels) processen en de projectadministratie bevatten niet alleen een bedrijfsproces, maar zijn ook een subadministratie binnen "het financieel".
PERSONEEL
Personeel is een kritische succesfactor voor het realiseren van de doelstellingen van een organisatie. Naast het voeren van een personeelsregistratie, spelen de geregistreerde werknemers ook een rol in een aantal operationele processen. U kunt daarbij denken aan de projectenadministratie. In Pluriform is de personeelsregistratie een verzameling van de volgende registraties: persoonlijke werknemersgegevens; opleidingen en cursussen; verlof en verzuim vacatures en sollicitanten beoordelingsformulieren
PROJECT
In projectorganisaties worden kosten gemaakt en opbrengsten gegenereerd uit de uitgevoerde projecten. Deze administratie bestaat niet alleen uit een registratie van bestede uren en gebruikte materialen, maar kent ook de mogelijkheid om deze in rekening te brengen aan uw klanten. De administratie fungeert als een volledige subadministratie binnen de financiële administratie: project, werkorder en projectpost gaan als dimensie mee met elke projectgerelateerde boeking.
HANDEL
Pluriform biedt logistieke functionaliteit welke niet alleen is gericht op handelsbedrijven maar ook op projectorganisaties. De functionaliteit ondersteunt de volgende processen: inkoop, bestaande uit materiaalbehoefte, bestelling, ontvangst en factuur verkoop, bestaande uit offerte, order, levering en factuur magazijn, welke de schakel is tussen inkoop en verkoop
PLANNING
Pluriform beschikt over verschillende modules om te plannen. Bijvoorbeeld het planning van een projectplanning, uitvoerdersplanning, dagplanning of activiteitsplanning.
